Freight Agency is proud to announce the expansion of their Ipswich office.

Phillip Thornton, Managing Director of Freight Agency said: “following substantial growth last year and a strong start to 2011, we are happy to welcome 3 new members of staff to our Ipswich Office to further enhance the customer service experience.”

Suzanne Vincent is joining us as Documentation Supervisor following her 15 year career in Customer Service at MSC UK.

Rebecca Garrett and Penny Moore are also joining us as Documentation Administrator’s, both with excellent customer service skills.

Whilst Ipswich expands, the head office in Baildon now has a dedicated Customer Service Team to ensure that our customers receive a personal service to the highest standard.
